Great Location

Comfortable and attractive room. Good facilities. Clean bathroom. Right on the seafront & promenade. 15 min walk into the town. Nice swimming pool. Good location and free parking. Tasty Gluten free breakfast with cereal & toast. Friendly staff.

5 Stars from our Family

We booked a room and catering for our Mum’s Celebration of Life. Quite a few of us stayed over too. We were delighted with the way the room was set out, the quality of the buffet, and the professionalism of the staff. We did our Mum proud. Overnight stay was great with comfy clean rooms and great breakfast served by lovely staff. Thank you to all at the Beaches for helping to make a difficult time quite special.

We stopped at The Beaches hotel for the weekend and we loved it the staff were all amazing the room was really comfy and had everything we needed. The see view was worth paying a little extra for. The food at the bistro was very nice and the breakfast were spot on we will be back.

Top Spot

One of the best places in the Prestatyn-Rhyl area of the North Wales coast. The hotel is located right on the seafront, with direct access to the promenade and an expansive, sandy and uncrowded beach. We called in for a tasty and reasonably priced light lunch, which we ate on the hotel’s large terrace, with an uninterrupted sea view. The staff were friendly, parking was easy and the hotel had a good atmosphere. A spa and a pool will be opening on 15 September 2024.

Perfect Family Nights Stay

Brilliant location, pool was amazing, staff were so friendly and lovely. The family room was an amazing size plus the bonus of the kids having their own little area with TV and us having our own TV was a bonus. Breakfast was nice. Easy check in. Very clean, Brilliant wardrobe space too. Right next to the beach just a short walk. Wasn’t noisy at night even though there was a function on. Absolutely brilliant we will be back. The little touches of extra tea, coffee and milk was brilliant. Comfy beds. A plus for a family of 4. Ages 8 and 9. Thank you.

Brilliant Hotel

Stayed in a sea view room on Sat night. The room was lovely, slightly on the small side but was sufficient with a fab view. Check in was so quick and friendly. Free parking directly opposite the hotel. The breakfast menu was just brilliant, loads to chose from and the staff were really attentive. The food was of a very high standard and didn’t have to wait for any length of time. Even the toast was hot! Brilliant hotel and staff and will definitely return.

Relaxing Short Holiday

One of the most relaxing short holidays my wife and myself have had, thanks to all at Beaches Hotel. The menu was excellent and the availability of a complete gluten free menu was exceptional. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the facilities great always replaced daily.

Beautiful Place to Unwind

Another lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. We had room 210, a twin room with magnificent views. We ate in the terrace bar and the food was delicious, the staff really friendly and attentive. The barman even did card tricks with us. Overall 10/10. This is my third visit and one of many more to come.

Beautiful Hotel, Fabulous Food

We came here 2 yrs ago for new year!! And haven’t looked back since… It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel.. warm… friendly…clean.. Staff in particular Jeff & Louise greet us every Sunday for lunch and we always feel special…The Sunday roast is delicious…We have booked again for New Year 2024 with our mother who has dementia and she can’t remember a lot.. but she sure does remember Jeff….We’re so excited to spend our special times with Beaches Hotel.

Brilliant

The Beaches Do It Right

I’m on Day 2 of 4 and so far this hotel is excellent. Firstly, a wonderfully warm welcome and check-in from the lady on reception. My room was small, but extremely clean, with tea / coffee making facilities that even had decaf tea…. Nice shortbread biscuits also! Beautiful sea view. Room was beautifully warm and snug, toiletries are lovely and shower is powerful. Only criticism I have of the room is that I personally find the bed very hard, so might ask for a mattress topper for the remaining 3 nights! I decided to pay the £10 tray charge to have my breakfast delivered to my room. I have to say that the breakfast (I went full English) was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The bacon was beautifully cooked. The hash brown, was BEAUTIFUL – not remotely greasy. Popped back to the hotel for a late lunch to find my room as had been cleaned with fresh towels, clean bedding and replenished toiletries. Next, I went to the 1st floor restaurant / bar for lunch. Yes, eating again after a full English. Lovely warm welcome, and ordered a starter of fish cakes. Wonderful plate. It’s clear that the kitchen cooks with standards and there is no scrimping on produce and presenting it nicely. I’m looking forward to the next 3 nights stay….. but if you are coming to Prestatyn for any reason, it’s definitely worth the money to stay here. It’s wonderful. Big enough to have everything you need, but small enough that you don’t feel like a ‘number’.

Great Stay

Just enjoyed a lovely stay with our two grandson’s. The food was very nice and the staff were lovely, so friendly. The beds were so comfy and the boys loved that they had got their own tv in a separate part of the family room. Definitely would go again, well worth the money.
