Bonfire Night In Llandudno

Bonfire Night in Llandudno is a traditional British bonfire and fireworks display that takes place every year and is just a 45 minute drive from us here at The 4 Star Beaches Hotel and Spa. The event is as much a part of the tradition of Llandudno, as its stunning natural setting. With so many areas offering spectacular views of the Great Orme and the spectacular lights of the fairground, it’s easy to see why this event has been such a hit with visitors for over 150 years. If you love firework displays, torchlight processions and all things Halloween, then you are sure to enjoy Llandudno Bonfire Night.

Please note that dates subject to change due to weather and tides. This beach event is very tide dependent, with up to 1.5 hours being required in advance of the display to safely set up on the beach, at around 150 metres from the promenade and a suitable time following the approximate 20-minute display to safely remove equipment from the beach. Tides and operating times are, therefore, carefully, and thoroughly assessed.

There will also be a number of activities taking place on the Great Orme including a children’s Halloween trail, face painting, a fire engine display and even a kids’ disco. The Halloween trail is a spooky walk through the woods on the Great Orme that features a number of unusual spooky characters.
